    It’s time for Tubby smith to go. By go I mean to be fired ,resign, or anything that will get rid of him as coach at Ky. He takes a good player and takes the Heart out of him by showing He has no confidense in Him. Please for the sake of the Program . Take your self some where else Mr.Smith. You r mumbleing and bumbleing is killing a great program. Yes There was a championship your first year with Pitino players. Go , go , I don’t care where Just ket out of Kentucky.

GET RID OF TUBBY SMITH .HE CAN’T COACH AND SURE CAN’T DEVELOPE A PLAYER. HE HAS PROVEN THAT OVER AND OVER AGAIN. HE IS LIVING PROOF IF YOU HIRE A BLACK COACH YOUR STUCK WITH HIM. IF YOU FIRE HIM HE WILL PULL A NOLAN RICHERDSON AND HOLLAR RACISM. HE CAN’T KEEP RUINING OUR BB PROGRAM. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!!!1

    I don’t think we need to bring racist attitudes into this. If you’re a bigot, that’s fine…but leave it out of these discussions.

    Tubby Smith does indeed need to go. He’s had far too many opportunities to prove himself, and get back to the Final Four. Every year, it’s the same crap, over, and over, and over again. I used to love watching UK basketball, even if they were losing, because they were fun to watch. Tubby’s style… or lack thereof… is just not good enough for UK. Hell, he’d have a hard time competing in C-USA or a Mid-Major conference.

    UK basketball is very much like a bad car wreck: you know you really shouldn’t watch, but you just can’t help it. I hope this season will end badly enough, that I can finally get over that masochistic urge. I’d be happy if we lost every game from here on, and continued the next 1-2-3 years like this, until Barnhart finally wakes the hell up.

    Bring in John Pelphrey, or Travis Ford…..hell give Kyle Macy a chance even. Get rid of Scott Rigot, because between him and Tubby, we have the absolute worst recruiting team in the country. The time for a change is long overdue.

    I’m not a bigit it is common knowledge when you fire a black coach they say it was racism. Did you know if The tub is still under contract April
    1’st 2007 he gets a 1.5 million dollar loyalty bonus. maybe he can use it to buy Ky a team!!!!

    Jerry W Owens, it is common knowledge that black coaches get fired all the time without anybody hollering racism. Ty Willingham got cut from Notre Dame and most of the talk wondered if it was right to cut Ty for an ex-Domer (Charlie Weis), not because “the black man” got fired. Richardson may have hooped and hollered about racism, but every season there are many black head coaches that are hired and fired without one scream about racism.

    I think your “common knowledge” is actually you talking in extremes. That’s why it comes off as rasict.
