Good day, bad day

It’s a good day for the SEC. Florida looked utterly dominating in the tournament. LSU made a strong run all the way to the final four. The SEC outperformed the mighty ACC. No Duke, no UNC. Felt good didn’t it.

It’s a bad day for Kentucky fans. Whether you like Tubby or not, it’s never fun to see an SEC team besides Kentucky win a championship. More later.

    It’s a great day for the SEC and therefore for KY. This conference is one tuff conference and LSU, S.Carolina, and now Florida have demonstrated that to the nation.

    The bad news or at least the “reality” is that it is only going to get tuffer in the near future and so UK’s win/loss column will porbably not look much different next year.

    I think it was a good day for everyone in the SEC. To hear the the so-called “experts” all season the only good conferences were the Big East, ACC, and maybe the Big 10. So much for their opinions! They want to make basketball just like 1-A football where they get to pick the elite few that play for the title and no one else counts.

    All these people bashing Tubby aren’t looking at the overall state of college basketball. The days of a few dominating teams are gone, no matter who their coach is. There is more parity across the board than at any other time. The elite programs get the All American players, but they only stay a year or two. The good mid-majors tend to get solid players that stay for four years. This makes for more excitement all around but is bad news for people that want their favorite team to dominate.

    Tubby couldn’t have coached this years Florida Team to the same record KY finished with, kudo’s to Billy Donovan and the coaching job he did this year, he should have been the coach of the year hands down

    BILLY THE KID COULD NOT BE THE COACH OF THE YEAR BECAUSE HE COACHES IN THE SEC. THE MEDIA WOULD NOT HAVE IT!@!!

    Ain’t that the truth! I get so tired of these so-called media “experts”. It’s getting pretty hard for them to say anything intelligent with Coach K’s c**k in their mouth!
